JUNLAN is fully operational during these challenging times. A few notes:
-Due to carrier limitations placed on incoming inventory and other factors caused by COVID-19 affecting our supply chain some customers may experience delays to estimated shipping times.
-Most delays take between 7-10 days and in rare cases more. We do our very best to process and ship orders asap but we're forced to deal with changing factors outside of our control.
-USPS tracking information availability might also be delayed a few days in some cases.
-We're donating a portion of monthly sales to WHO, Health Workers and others in need.

Standard processing time is between 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the weekends or holidays.
Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.
