I bought this to try to stand up straight and hold my stomach in and give me a little bit of an hourglass shape. It does the trick. It is not uncomfortable. I wear it all day long while I am at work. I take it off when I get home. It's not the type of girdle that is going to kill you or make you stop breathing. I wash it in the washing machine on delicate. I wear it every day. It is true to size. I am a size 12 US and I purchased a medium but it did not fit. I then purchased a large and it fit perfect. I am keeping the medium so I can use it as I get smaller.
I love the texture. I did however order the wrong size. But I'm definitely getting in replaced. Managed to get the first hook but couldn't get anything else below that.
For reference, I'm 200 and 5'0 so if your this size and height, don't buy the XL.
Edit: so I got my new one, an XXL
This one appears to be a tad too big, especially around the upper part. I'm already on the third hook and just got it yesterday. So I guess I'm somewhere between the XL and XXL. But that's okay. Still love the way it feels.

Well I like the fact that the product arrive by the date they said it would and also when I put it on it felt pretty good but it was just to big I order a size 18 which was a XL but it was to big so I had to send it back for a size large which will fit me perfect instead but so far so good.

I recieved this today and I worked out in it also. I can truly say I feel a difference. I purchased this in a medium. I'm top and bottom heavy but my waist is like 37 inches; hence, I need it smaller. When I put this on I placed the hooks on the 2nd eyelet and it snatched my waist in. Yassssss. After my workout the second eyelet was loose; therefore, it worked. I definitely recommend this for anyone who looking for a nice and affordable waist trainer. I'm thinking about buying a 2nd one for everyday use

I received mine in the mail today... I'm already wearing it... it's very comfortable.... I've tried other brands before and this is the best I've found. I ordered a xxl and while it fits perfectly, I'm gonna order the XL today because I will need smaller eventually. I highly recommend it...
