Got this yesterday and was super excited to try it out!
Put it on and went to the gym and I coul fell the warmth as soon as I put it on!
My work out was super intense and this definitely helped me keep my heart rate up!
It fit nicely and had good ventilation in the armpit area! The zipper is heavy duty! The material is nice an thick and provides good compression!
I also own the Work out vest made out of the same material and it is very durable. From what I can tell this long sleeve will last for a very very long time!
I was excited to use this in my goal to loose some more excess weight this summer.
I can tell that they use quality material and I didn't see any bad stitiching, loose threads, holes or zipper malfunction.
I'm 5'5 and 165 lbs and oredered a Medium based on their size table. The fit was ok however, there are some areas that are little tight that limits my movement. Those areas are in the shoulder where I think they need to make it a little wider, and the biceps area. It is hard for me to do workouts where I bend my arms like biceps curl, row or pull ups because it hurts when I bend my arm when the material creases and rubs against my forearm. So I suggest order 1 size up. Nevertheless, the product makes me sweat!
So far I'm satisfied with the product and might be considering other products from them.
Only giving 4 stars because I just got it but already been to the gym this morning. But it fits. Lots of guys complaining about how tight it is. But it’s suppose to be tight. It’s not suppose to fit like a sweatshirt. Will update my review after gymming in it. I ordered a XL expecting it to fit like my long sleeve compression shirt. Trying to drop another 20-30 pounds on top of the nearly 80 already dropped.

Gotta say that I honestly love this thing. But will probably cut the sleeves. I feel cool but can feel the sweat bubbling down my back. This thing during my HIIT and cardio definitely helps raise my internal body temp. And it definitely loosened up in tightness as I continue with my training in a caloric deficit. REMEMBER to keep your sodium and potassium levels together to help avoid cramping up. I don’t even use a pre-workout anymore just because I was tired of tossing back all those chemicals. FIRST TIME UNDER 200 pounds since my junior year of high school over 25 years ago. Getting legitimately lean after 40 is absolutely possible. Just depends on how bad you want it. Anyone can be a fitness tourist. Not everyone can commit to this process like a faithful marriage.
